The property is located on 5th Avenue North, just a block away from the University Bridge. Many transit options close by, as well as shops, restaurants, and pubs. Great location if you're visiting U of S, RUH, City Hospital, Midtown Plaza, or downtown offices.

The space

Located on the 27th floor, this unit has spectacular prairie views. The enclosed balcony has a comfortable reading corner. perfect for getting some work done or relaxing. The living room includes a 60" TV with Sasktel Max channels. Easily connect to your favourite streaming services using the smart TV interface. The kitchen is well stocked, with most items you will need to prepare your favourite dish. The bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed with premium linens, and a dresser and closet for clothing storage. While there isn't a parking spot included, there are options for paid parking in the lot behind the building. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access

During your stay you will have access to the whole suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the in-suite laundry machine. Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets. Feel free to use the gym and squash court located on the parking level across from the elevator.

Other things to note

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.

-Please do not allow anyone into the building or parking garage. Folks should have their own fob, or be let in by the resident they are visiting.

-This suite does not come with a parking stall. If parking is required, there is a paid lot directly behind the building. The company that manages the lot is Precise Parklink. Check out their website for rates and availability.
