Visiting for work, or Perhaps a weekend getaway? This is a great place to hang your hat. The central location allows you to easily access city transit, the City Hospital, and Midtown Plaza. This space includes high speed fibre optic internet service, Sasktel Stream cable channels, and Netflix access. We provide essentials for our guests, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, olive oil, salt & pepper, and cleaning supplies, One surface level parking stall included with your booking.

The space

This suite offers one comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable sectional in the living room, which includes a pull out bed. The kitchen is well equipped with most comforts of home, allowing you to prepare your favourite dishes. The bathroom includes a bathtub, as well as a shower. The electrified parking stall is located at the rear of the building, accessible via the back lane. Its only a short walk to the entrance of the property.

Guest access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the parking space, and access to the whole suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the in-suite laundry machine. Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets.

Other things to note

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.
